My primary lending area is San Diego California, however, I am happy to give advice to anyone no matter where you are. There are several characteristics that separate my business apart from the hundreds of Mortgage Bankers and Mortgage Brokers in San Diego.
- Low Down and Zero Down Payments - Most mortgage lenders do not have a loan program that will allow zero or low down payments. If you are a veteran you can put zero down. We also have a special grant program that will allow the general public to buy a home with only 1/2 down!
- The Lowest Interest Rates - We are fortunate to be both a San Diego Mortgage Banker and a San Diego Mortgage Loan Broker with an extremely low overhead. This allows us to be lower in rates and fees then most of the traditional larger banking institutions. Since we have access to our own money in addition to being able to broker out the loan, we can always get you the best price on most of the loan programs on in the market.
- Flexibility - We have our own loan underwriters and our own Loan Portfolio Programs. What this means to you is that we have different rules then the big lenders that sell all their loan programs to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. This enables us to say yes far more often then the big banks do. Our Portfolio programs also allow us to finance Jumbo and Super Jumbo Loans. How big of a loan do you need? We can customize your loan like your own personal Private Banker.
- - I have been in this industry since 1996. I have helped over one thousand clients over the years and I there isn't a type of loan secured by Real Estate or that I haven't funded. This experience allows me to give you quick, direct and accurate answers so that you aren't wasting any time finding out how to finance a home or business.
- Accountability - I have been a since I joined in 2001 with zero complaints. I take pride in what I do and the service I provide my clients and referral sources. We are the only lender that uses C.L.U.S (Client Loan Update System). We keep our clients and business partners informed on major milestones reached during the loan process so that you always know what stage your loan is in. This system facilitates proper communication by all parties and ultimately helps your loan close quicker.
- Real Estate Knowledge - Being a since 2000, I have access to the MLS and I can advise you of the value of your home or apartment building before we even start the loan process. The majority of my competition knows little about how to evaluate a home like an appraiser. Knowing the value of your home prior to the loan process saves you money and your time.
